Cedar River Road Open?

Was headed to Cedar River Flow (4/13/2012) and the road was closed a couple miles before the flow.(Cedar River Road) All the other seasonal roads we saw in the area were open.

Had heard reports it was open...
any one know the deal...and is it open now???

According to the DEC's website, the gates are still closed.

According to the same site, the Perkins Clearing Easement roads are now open...

It's not uncommon for it to take a little while longer before the Moose River Plains Roads are opened, though.
