Bennett lake, Wells

I do understand the disadvantages to discussing fishing conditions on public forums, so I encourage PMs or emails if desired. Pondering a dog hike up to Bennett Lake and wonder if trout fishing is possible from shore? Years ago, I did the one way route from Murphy and Middle and vaguely recall an inpenetrable Bennett Lake shoreline with no place to really see the shoreline well. Thank you.

Very dog friendly trail.

It is very possible but not ideal. Don't you have a hornbeck?
