I spoke to a motorboater on foloumsby clear who was going aufull fast considering the HP limit. he said He replaced his motor decals to meet the limit!

A friend bought a real nice looking solo stripper he had never paddled. It was a dog--it did nothing well. Strippers are built from lots of plans and the hull may have no history of performance....

Paddled one and have owned a 10 1/2 ft Hornbeck. The Tupper is much more tender with a narrower paddling station. Possibly faster.

the area you are going has al 1st come first served free campsites. I believe only serinac lake has registration/pay sites. have fun.

the pond hopping from upper st regis is a lot of fun. Some carrys are so short you can see the end form the takeout. There are also some nice campsites before you get to St regis pond.

can the inreach mini receive spontaneous texts from a flip phone? Some reviews say texts have to be in response to a location ping, text message sent or clicking on a link which a flip phone can't...

Hi, I currently have an old spot and would like to be able to receive texts in the adks away from cell coverage. I don't need other bells and whistles and don't have a smart phone.

Considering a paddle trip there this summer. I know there is a long carry necessary on a road. What is current parking spot and carry length?

my favorite

I use a bending branches navigator when using a double blade. it's lite, efficient, doesn't drip much and it's the quietest double i have tried.

Fix

Fill It with G-flex epoxy. I did that to on of mine, and it's still ok 10 years later.
