Are any parts of RailRoad from Tawahus to Saratoga still navigable?

If I were to create a bicycle modification to ride on railroad tracks, would any of this stretch be rideable for stretches of distance to make it worth it? Say at least 10 miles.

I'm afraid it'll all be overgrown by now. Maybe winter or early spring would be better, but it seems like there's lots of branches in the way.

But, if I google maps it, it looks like the further south you go, the clearer it gets.

Also, what about private ownership. As a longer line, I am assuming ownership varies.

Also, even though it's listed as abandoned, any possibility of trains?

The future of the RR line is unclear. There is currently commercial recreational use with human powered pedal carts from North Creek to just past the bridge over the Hudson, near the junction with the Boreas river. That section is surely clear. As of last fall, there were several large trees across the tracks between the Hudson & Northwoods Club rd. N of there was clear for a few miles. The empty oil tanker cars had been stored on a siding S of Moose pond club rd.

I believe that the whole line was cleared in 2011/2 as it was badly overgrown in many areas. Brush is growing back and I don't believe it is being maintained (N of Hudson). Downed trees seem likely and might require periodic carryover. I can't imagine any sections impassible if you can get past a few trees.

If you do make a RR bike (many on Youtube), check out the section between Tupper lake to the Bog river, Lake Lila and on to Stillwater reservoir.

The line is owned by the Town of Corinth, Warren County, and Iowa Pacific Holdings north of North Creek. It is not formally abandoned, but there are no trains running on it currently -- just the aforementioned rail bikes. Warren County has been maintaining its section of the line, so it shouldn't be in too bad of shape, though there is a bridge in Hadley that currently needs about $1m in repairs to the decking, apparently.

What about the legality of riding a rail bike on this line (North of where the pedal carts end)? And, the Adirondack Scenic Railroad line from Lake Placid to beyond Tupper (maybe as far as Big Moose). I know that there is one bridge washed out, but that spot could be carried around (I think).
