Cannon mountain is a ski resort. During the summer the "tram" takes visitors up the mountain. The mountain top was crowded with tourists. Most were surprised that we actually hiked up the mountain

Tuesday we took the Fishin' Jimmy trail up to the Kinsman Ridge trail to hike North and South Kinsman Peaks. These stairs were on the Fisin' Jimmy trail.

When we started our hike on Tuesday it was cloudy and overcast. All the summits were socked in. As we gained elevation it became evident that we were in the clouds.

Our first visit to North Kinsman Peak offered us no views. We then continued on to South Kinsman Peak along a ridge trail. It was not raining but the air was cold and very wet. The wind blew water on us from the trees that became saturated with moisture.
