It seems like the ADK has put out a new edition of this book. Has anyone purchased the previous editions? Is it worth the price? It seems worth it for the amount of historical writing in here but am just curious...

I have a copy of a previous edition and really enjoy it. It's got a wealth of short stories and excerpts from many books an writers important to the region. I am not familiar with the latest edition but 39.95 does seem a bit steep. If you're interested in an earlier edition http://www.abebooks.com/ has great prices on used books. I don't want to take the money away from the ADK, but times are tough, gotta pinch pennies.

Does the new addition have anything that the second edition doesnt have?
